Sydney grew up in a small Alberta town where she fell in love with theater. She performed in 4 Alberta Drama Festivals, where she won Best Actress and Rising Star back to back and was a part of 2 Best Productions. Her family moved to Vancouver Island when she was 16 so they could be close to her while she pursued her passion. Her last year of high school ended with her playing the title role in Peter Pan. She then moved to Vancouver right after graduating high school to attend VanArts (Vancouver Institute of Media Arts) for their 1 year intensive Acting program. She graduated with honours in August 2019. She now resides in Victoria, BC and is trained to work as a Production Assistant and Production Coordinator as well as acting!
